Ellsworth

Ellsworth recently announced the development of a bike with an unlimited number of gears. The system that drives it is remarkably simple - it's a transmission comprised of ball bearings and metals discs allowing you to set exactly the gear you want with a surprising level of precision. Although the first bike it's on is a cruiser, and a hefty one at that it's good to see non-derailleur drive trains getting developed. Click here to check it out in full detail on the Ellsworth site.
