Just by chance I picked up the November issue of Wired magazine in the airport a few days ago. I'm not a regular reader of the magazine but this issue is one of the best I've read. Wired does a great job finding the most random interesting things to write about and presents them in a way that is both compelling and visually impressive. The first thing to get my attention was the piece about the narcotic uses for NyQuil. It's a frightening look into all the crap they put into cough syrup and what it can do to you. With it being cold season the timing couldn't be better.
Another great article is a look inside Vice TV (VBS.tv) which either makes those guys look like a bunch of successful bad asses or pathological liars that got lucky. Read the article and decide for yoruself. They claim to have netted $1 million this year but that seems like an ambitious number given the $4-6 million investment that it took to get it running.

For "Kick it with RZA" they got together with the famed Wu-Tang producer and he revealed which kung fu movies he sampled for some of his bigger songs.
I just scratched the surface on all the great stuff in there. Go pick up a copy and see for yourself.
